Technical Papers Overview MITRE engineers and scientists are encouraged to share their knowledge with the public through a number of avenues, including publishing papers and speaking at conferences and symposia. Technical papers on a wide variety of topics, representing the range of MITRE's work, are available on this site. As an example of its commitment to widely sharing its expertise, MITRE sponsors the "Best Paper Awards" each year. MITRE staff submit papers that have been peer reviewed by technical journals, as well as books or book chapters, and the submissions go through a rigorous review process. Links to recent technical and conference papers submitted by MITRE staff are arranged below by year of publication.
